This database contains catalogues of archives, submitted to A2A from all over England, it is "detailed, covers a variety of archives, and will be regularly updated - but it does not offer total coverage of all English archives [...] The archives this database will describe date from the twelfth to the twentieth centuries and cover a wide range of subjects. They are useful for family history; local history; and school, higher education and further education projects."
